Our policy lasts for 15 days. If your order has been more than 15 days, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. (You may try it on, but please keep the garment clean and intact) In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  1. If you return part of an item of clothing, your payment cannot be refunded.
  2. Items that have been worn, used or altered cannot be returned.
  3. Underwear, socks and stockings cannot be returned.
  4. Items designed for one-time wear or indoor use, such as shoe covers, boot tops, costume shoes, etc., cannot be returned.
  5. Packages that are refused without authorization will be charged the full amount of the order as return shipping.
  6. If you forget to sign for the package, it makes sense that the package is returned to us. In addition, if you want to receive the package again, you have to pay the new shipping fee.

In certain cases, only partial refunds are allowed (if applicable)
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts due to no fault of ours
Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, we'll process your refund and automatically transfer the amount to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or missing refund (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be credited to your account.
Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some time for the refund to be processed.

We only replace defective or damaged merchandise. If you require an exchange for the same item, please email niknockcos@gmail.com

Note: Return shipping and resending shipping are to be borne by the buyer.

What if the size is not right?
If the size is not right, we accept returns for exchange or refund within 15 days after you receive our products. But you need to bear the return shipping cost by yourself. So please choose the size carefully and refer to our size chart. The product price can be fully refunded when we receive the new finished product with tags.

What if a part of my order is missing or defective?
First, if all items have been confirmed to have been shipped and there are still missing items, please contact us with this information.
We can only report orders within 15 days of receiving the goods.


Your order will be processed as follows:

  1. We will ask you to send photos of the items and packages you received.
  2. If an item is missing from the original shipment, we will check our shipping system.
  3. Once the missing items are confirmed, we will refund or resend the missing items.

However, if the missing item is sold out, a refund will also be given immediately.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange product to reach you may vary.
